Space21 is led by husband-and-wife team Sharon and Dave Jack - bringing together strategic marketing thinking, creative direction, photography and film production under one roof.
We built Space21 to help businesses tell their story more clearly, show up more confidently and make marketing feel less fragmented. For some clients, that starts with strategy. For others, it’s brand, content or a production project. Often, it’s a bit of all three.
What matters is that the thinking and the creative stay connected - and that clients get a team who genuinely care about getting it right.
Sharon Jack
Co-founder | Strategy, brand and client leadSharon brings over 30 years of experience in marketing, strategy and commercial leadership. Before co-founding Space21, she built her career in senior corporate roles, leading brand, marketing and commercial activity at a strategic level.
Today, she helps clients get clear on the story behind the business - what they stand for, where they’re going, how they should be positioned and what their marketing needs to do to support that. She’s at her best helping businesses cut through the noise, sharpen their proposition and create a clearer route from strategy to action.
At Space21, Sharon leads on brand strategy, messaging, client direction and making sure the work doesn’t just look good, but actually makes sense for the business behind it.

Dave is a photographer and filmmaker with a sharp eye for the detail, atmosphere and moments that make a brand feel real. He’s spent years creating photography and film for hospitality, lifestyle and commercial brands, with a style that balances polish with personality.
At Space21, Dave leads the visual side of the work - from creative planning and production through to photography and film delivery. Whether it’s a One & Done shoot, a hotel relaunch or a brand content project, he’s focused on creating work that feels thoughtful, useful and genuinely reflective of the client.

We’re intentionally not a big agency with layers of account management and handovers. When you work with Space21, you work directly with the people leading the thinking and shaping the work.
That doesn’t mean we work alone.
Depending on the project, we bring in a trusted network of designers, developers, filmmakers, copywriters, social specialists and production support - people we know well and work with regularly.
It means you get the best of both worlds: a close working relationship with a small, experienced core team, plus the flexibility to build the right support around each brief.
